Is there a way to store a macro on someones system so they can run the macro whenever they want without knowing anything about VBA or the developer center?

I done mean a button or anything because the document I want this person to use the macro on would be downloaded from the internet each time they need to run the macro so the document cannot and will not contain any VBA script itself.

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Store it in their Personal Macro Workbook. Then it will be available to them every time that person logs in to Excel from that computer.

You can even set a keyboard shortcut to run it, so they don't even need to browse and select which macro to run.

Or you can create an add-in, store it read-only on a mutually-accessible share, and show them how to install it the first time. That way you can maintain the code transparently to users.
