The following code is attempting to copy from range AB5:AZ7 and past it to another sheet begining in range AB1. I am getting a Subscript out of range error. Can someone tell me why. Or if you know code for a better way to make this copy will you please inform me. Thanks, Claude

Sub SeniorApprover()
Sheets("Master").Range("AB5:AZ7").Copy Destination:=Sheets("Master2").Range("AB1")
End Sub

That's the about the best/shortest way to do the copy.:)

Have you checked the sheet names?

Are both sheets in the same workbook?

Hi,

if your sheets do really exist, check if the workbook with those sheets is active when your code is running
else refer to the workbook
example
Code:
Dim WB As Workbook
Set WB = ThisWorkBook
WB.Sheets("Master").Range("AB5:AZ7").Copy WB.Sheets("Master2").Range("AB1")
kind regards,
Erik
