Subtracting date/time and if function

Hello,
I'm trying to flag an item with time out greater than 6 hours. I'm struggling to get the correct answer, I believe my issue is with time value since excel stores it in decimal form.

COLUMN A​

COLUMN B​

COLUMN C​

TIME OUT	CURRENT TIME	FLAG
01/21 05:48	=NOW()	=IF(B2-A2>6,"MISSING","OK")

=IF(B2-A2>TIME(6,0,0),"MISSING","OK")
