Subtracting Total cell when you enter other cells till the total cell is zero.

As in the picture, I took it if E3 one number is entered I want to subtract the Total column especially the G3 cell. like E3 has 8 in it I want to subtract G3 which is 610 and make it 608. if other cells are entered in the 3 then subtract each in G3
