Suggestions for Exporting and Excel by Row into PDF Reports

Hey everyone,

I've got one that has kind of stumped me. I have about 50 rows of data 170 columns of data. I am trying to figure out a way that I can take that and create a PDF document for each row that has formatting set up by me. So basically the system to export 50 PDF's (one for each row) in a pre-defined format (that I have created).

So for instance my data looks like this:
Company NameContactMetricMatrix Question AMatrix Question BComment
Company AJon$100kOption A, Option BOption B, Option DN/A
Company BRob$150KOption B, Option COption A, Option DN/A

And I want it to output a PDF that would look like this (obviously in a PDF but just to give you an idea):

Company Name: Company A

Contact: Jon

Metric: $100k

OptionsMatrix Question AMatrix Question B
Option Ax
Option Bxx
Option C
Option DDx

Comments: N/A


Any thoughts on the best way to do this? I'm open to all ideas it doesn't have to be just executed in excel, could be a mishmash of programs.

Its possible . There are two tables . You need to first create a data that needs to be exported in PDF.

Below table can be exported into each PDF File row wise in same format.

If you want to export above table in below Table PDF format then its not possible.

Option DDx

I suggest first create everything in excel and then draft in word the format the result that you need to export and then apply mail merger in word that will be more easy if data is present in Excel .
