SUM based on updates to another column - YTD both This Year and Last Year

Hi everyone! I need some help, please. I would like column F and G to add up according the the populated sales in Column C so that we can see YTD apples to apples as the year goes. Since Column C is a formula column, we may want to reference Column A or B.

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
