I am using Excel 2003.

I have a worksheet called Angus.
Cell A6 = Angus Cell A13 = Mental Health

I have another worksheet called Possmaster.
I want to look for Angus in Column E and Mental Heatlh in Column F and then total headcount in Column I.
I would like to display the result in worksheet Angus in C13.

Many thanks for your help.

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
Welcome to the board...

Sumproduct should work for you here.

Try
=SUMPRODUCT(--(Possmaster!$E$1:$E$100=Angus!A6),--(Possmaster!$F$1:$F$100=Angus!A13),Possmaster!$I$1:$I$100)
