Sort of like the previous sumproduct question, but with addition.

Column A Has Zone 1 through Zone 9. Column B has "New", "Change", or "Old". Column C has hours worked. I would like to get total Hours Worked for "Zone 2" "New" assignments. If column A = Zone 2, and Column B = New, Than Sum Up Column C. Make sense??....Thanks in advance

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Try

=Sumproduct(--(A1:A100="Zone 2"),--(B1:B100="New"),C1:C100)

adjust ranges to suit.

The result of the first 2 arguments in the formula will be arrays of 1's and 0's depending on if the criteria are matched or not, each set of 1's and 0's are then multiplied by the corresponding number in column C.....so C gets multiplied by 1 or 0 (the end result either the value in C or a 0) and then all these products get summed to give the final result.
