I have a column for Yes/No and columns for contacts, VM, and abandon. If yes, I need to sum all three columns. If no, I need to sum contacts and abandons and I cannot figure what the best method to complete the formula should be. I've tried SUMIF variations and cannot get anything to work in my favor. My google searches have come null as I'm just not getting the right terms. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Welcome to Mr. Excel. It would greatly help if you provided a few examples of your worksheet using XL2BB.

Hope I did this correctly. Essentially if C is yes, I need to sum D,E,&F. If no, then just D&F

Try: =if("Yes"=C2,sum(D2:F2),sum(D2,F2))
and fill down.

Another option
=SUM(D2,F2,E2*(C2="Yes"))
