I am trying to get a sum of something (devices installed) that is in a specific date range.

DateDevices Installed
3/1/20162
3/12/20161
3/15/20162
3/17/20161
4/3/20161

Basically I want a sum of all devices that were installed based off of the date range of 3/12/2016-3/19/2016. Does someone have a good formula to use for this?

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
I tried that, Im stuck on this Formula: =SUMIFS($A$2:$A$6, ">=" &DATEVALUE("3/7/2016"), "<="&DATEVALUE("3/14/2016"),$B$2:$B$6)

Try

=SUMIFS($B$2:$B$6,$A$2:$A$6, ">=" &"3/7/2016", $A$2:$A$6,"<="&"3/14/2016")
