Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Hi, you could try:

Excel Formula:
=SUM(COUNTIFS(A:A,"BLUE",C:C,"",D:D,"",B:B,{"XL","S","L"}))

but not in google sheet

You could try like this in google sheets, which I think will work, but I'm not familiar enough with google sheets to know if there is a better way.

Excel Formula:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(A1:A1000="BLUE"),--(C1:C1000=""),--(D1:D1000=""),--ISNUMBER(MATCH(B1:B1000,{"XL","S","l"},0)))
