Sum Product with multiple criteria

I've search far and wide and I cant seem to find the answer. Hope someone can help.



The cell i'm wanting the formula to go in is G2. I want to match the name in A2 with cell B2 on sheet 2.
I then want to return the sum of every cell in cells O:O(sheet2) that match the above criteria as well as the number "2" in cells J:J on sheet 2.

=Sumproduct((Sheet2!B2:B100=A2)*(Sheet2!J2:J100=2)*(Sheet2!O2:O100))
