Hi guys,

I'm trying to use the sales table to find the highest sum, and then grabbing the name for that person with the most sales.

I have first column with Names and the next with Sales...

A - B
1 Name - Sales
2 John - 15
3 Peter - 13
4 Darren - 2
etc etc etc

I'm a complete novice when it comes to excel, and can just about use each function on their own, but i'm having trouble combining them, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards

Martin

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Peter you are a star my friend that works perfect, thank you for taking the time to reply!

Martin
