Hi IluvPivots

Use
=SUMPRODUCT(--(A1:A10="Label1"),--(B1:B10="Label2"),D1:D10)

Adjust the ranges.

Hope this helps

It would look like this:
Code:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(A1:A1000="Label1"),--(B1:B1000="Label2"),D1:D1000)

Adjust ranges to suit.

Note: I have assumed that your spelling of Label2 was a typo! :)

Example:

=SUMPRODUCT(--(A1:A100="Label1"),--(B1:B100="Label2"),(D1:D100))

Adjust the ranges to suit, but they must all be the same size and can't be entire columns.
