SUMIF and AND Functions

What would the formula look like if I want to use both functions.

SUM column D
If Column A = "Label1"
AND
Collumn B = "Lable2"

Help Please.

Well it would probably not look like SUMIF or AND, it would probably look more like SUMPRODUCT.:)

Not sure how that would help?
I just need to sum 1 column but only if criteria is met in 2 other columns.
