SUMIF and HLOOKUP together ?

Hello I have two dropdown menus,

One is listing the country (Iberia, France, US etc..)and second one listing months (Jan, Feb, Mar etc..)

One the user selects month and country, i want to be able to pull the right data, so my question is can I do hlookup and sum if together in one formula ??

Use =SUMPRODUCT()

Assuming the first Iberia is in cell A2 and Jan is in cell C1 :

Code:
=SUMPRODUCT(($A$2:$A$100="Iberia")*(C1:O2="Jan")*($C$2:$O$100))
