Sumif and Index Match?

Hi All- I have a formula I need help figuring out. Here is a simpler sample based on a much larger dataset. I need a formula in cell G5 that will give me the dollar amount based on the name and label criteria changing. The labels will have duplicates so I need to do a sum. The name will not have duplicates. Thank you in advance!

Thank you both!! I ended up using the non volatile option and works beautifully. Was driving me nuts not being able to figure it out!
