SUMIF (Maybe?)

In AA3, I want it to sum up C3:Z3 if any of those cells have the following values:

If it it has a 1 in the cell, count as .5
If it has a 2 in the cell, count as 4 etc. as seen below

1 = .5
2 = 4
3 = 1
4 = 1
5 = 4
6 = .5
7 = -.5 (negative .5)

Excel Facts
