Hello,

Can someone help me change the last portion of this SUMIFS formula?

=SUMIFS($H$5:$H$1540,$D$5:$D$1540,$D56,$F$5:$F$1540,"<>EXTRA 1 WEEK")

Instead of "<>EXTRA 1 WEEK", I would like the formula to exclude any circumstances where the first 5 characters of row F = "EXTRA".

Currently, the formula is ignoring the "Extra 1 week" values. I also have "Extra 2 week", "Extra 2 weeks", and "Extra 4 Weeks" as values which I need to incorporate into the formula. We can do this by looking at the first five characters in row F.

I hope this question makes sense.

Thanks,

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
