Hello,

I'm wondering if someone can help me! I'm having a major scratch head moment.

I need to do a formula which will count up the total in one column, if 3 other columns meet the criteria.

I want excel to count how many cases of stock went out in total (Column G) IF Column C= "June" & Column D="Sample" & Column E ="APC" (see example of SS below)

Please note this calculation would be on another tab... the tab with with data is called Stock Count.

I have tried the following: =SUM(COUNTIFS('Stock Count'!C5:C1000,"July",'Stock Count'!D5:D1000,"Sample",'Stock Count'!E5:E1000,"APC")) - but this only counts how many times the criteria is met and i cant seem to get it to sum up column G without getting errors.

Any help is much appreciated!

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
How about
=SUMIFS('Stock Count'!G5:G1000,'Stock Count'!C5:C1000,"July",'Stock Count'!D5:D1000,"Sample",'Stock Count'!E5:E1000,"APC")
