I have a formula where I'm trying to use multiple criteria in an "OR" manner

=SUM(SUMIFS('Sheet1'!$R:$R,'Sheet1'!$K:$K,"Govt",'Sheet1'!I:I,{"Apple","Orange"},'Sheet1'!$O:$O,{"ONE","TWO","THREE"}))

So the idea is to sum if:
column K = Govt
Column I = Apple or Orange
Column O = One or Two or Three

I feel like I'm close, but

When they said...
When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
Thank you for responding and thanks for providing the link as well. I was not aware that you need to use semi-colons in the last array.

Thanks again
Nick

You don't need the CTRL-SHIFT-ENTER if you use explicit array variables (like {"Apple","Orange"}), but if you use a name (Range1) or range (A1:A5) then you do.
