Summing specific numbers...

I hope this works...*smile* I need to have a formula or something that will look in Columns A,C,E,G,I & K for lets say Store #1. Everywhere it finds Store "1" I need it to add the numbers in the cell next to it with all the other #1's on the sheet. Is this possible?

=SUMIF(A2:K30,N2,B2:L30)

N2 = Store Number to sum.


This may yield false results if any of your dollar amounts happen to be the same numerical value of a store #.

This gave me a total for Store #2 of 739 instead of what should be 2812.50.

Any suggestions?

You just gotta put "1" in N2 cell.

Try =SUMIF(A2:A30,N2,B2:B30)+SUMIF(C2:C30,N2,D2:D30)+(E2:E30,N2,F2:F30)+
(G2:G30,N2,H2:H30)+(I2:I30,N2,J2:J30)+(K2:K30,N2,L2:L30) where D2 houses the store # of interest.
