SumProduct Array Formula Help

Hi,

Can anybody explain me this formula please?

=SUMPRODUCT(--(A2>{0;250001;500001;1000001}),(A2-{0;250001;500001;1000001}),{0;0.1;0.1;0.1})

I am not able to get complete formula.

As i understood little 1st part (A2>{0;250001;500001;1000001}) explained below am i correct?

Slab	Rate
0	0.00	TRUE	1	0
2,50,001	0.10	TRUE	1	45,000
5,00,001	0.10	FALSE	0	0
10,00,001	0.10	FALSE	0	0

Please help me to understand the function completely.
