SUMPRODUCT Formula Question

Hello,

I am current using the below formula to pull hours of employees from multiple tabs in the spreadsheet but I need to add to the formula. I need to be able to pull a sum of hours for an additional column - like I need to be able to say pull sum of hours if column B is this as well as column D = D. Is there a way to add that?

=SUMPRODUCT(SUMIF(INDIRECT("'"&Employees&"'!B:B"),$C6,INDIRECT("'"&Employees&"'!$E:E")))

=SUMPRODUCT(SUMIFS(INDIRECT("'"&Employees&"'!$E:E"),INDIRECT("'"&Employees&"'!B:B"),$C6,INDIRECT("'"&Employees&"'!D:D"),"value here"))
