i have a list of suppliers and the departments to which they have supplied goods and services. I am trying to look at my list to see which suppliers have supplied to all departments. have started with a pivot table suppliers in the rows and departments across the top (columns). Is there any way to just have a 1 under each of the departments supplied. there are six departments, if a supplier was active with each, there would be a one under each department name in the pivot table. this is the type of result i want to achieve. Can it be done?

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
i have a work around. i used distinct count (added data to the data model) and didn't list the departments across the columns. so, the end result is just the list of suppliers and a distinct count of departments.
