I've tried to search on this but couldn't find anything.

I have a long list of employees entered in the form of Last name<space>Initial(s)

Is there a formula that I could use to swap these entries to become Initial(s)<space>Last name?

Thanks for your suggestions.

Excel Facts

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
A lot of searching and I found this, which does just what I want.

=MID(A2&" "&A2,FIND(" ",A2)+1,LEN(A2))

You could also use Flash Fill since you are running O365
