switchbored help

hi guys i've made a switch bored in my system to make it easy to navigate to what u need
but i face a problem that how to set a password before entering the switch bored

this is a picture of my switchbored when clicking on opeing reports it will shows

this is the design view :

here is the problem that there only 1 box to enter it so how can i just add the password to (opeing forms) (opeing reports) as shows in picture 1


or if this will be so hard so i just want a login screen befor showing the switch bored once i open the access it will ask me for username and password once the password will be correct it going to show me all the contents of the switchbored
