Hello, experts. I have an Excel workbook with about 200 worksheet tabs. Is there any way to efficiently move between the tabs other than just scrolling and/or clicking all of the way to each end? It seems a little inefficient to scroll - must be a better way. Thank you! You're an angel!

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Right-click on the navigation arrows to the immediate left of the sheet tabs, for a pop-up list of sheets in the workbook that you can left click onto for selection. Also notice, the right-most of those navigation buttons will take you to the last sheet (the leftmost button will take you to the first sheet, and the two others will take you to the next or previous sheet).
