II am trying to create a macro to take certain data from a primary worksheet and create a 2nd worksheet that will act as a log of the first.

This is the primary worksheet:
Log In Macro HTML.xls
ABCDEFGHIJKL
1PrimaryColumns
2Trader_IDAccount_NumberBranch_CodeSecurity_idBeginningPositionEndingPositionTotalBuysTotalSellTotalVolumeVolume%ofVolumeTD
3XXXX11111111AAIBM00000008/14/07
4ZZZZ22222222BBIBM00000008/2/07
Sheet1

Here is the log I would like to create:
Log In Macro HTML.xls
ABCDE
6LogColumns
7DateGSPTraderIDViolationTypeDateSent
88/14/2007SmithXXXXMTC8/16/2007
98/2/2007JonesZZZZMTC8/16/2007
Sheet1

Trader ID and Date are simply carried over.
I would like to automatically convert the Branch Codes into names for the GSP column.
Also, I would like to be able to have some way to input the appropriate information for the Violation type and the Date Sent columns of the log for the entries from the Primary worksheet.

Thank you in advance for any advice and help you can give me!

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
