Your question is not clear.

What are you trying to do? Is there a formula somewhere? Is this just a formatting issue where you don't want the result of your formula formatted as scientific?

Please rephrase your question.

It looks like you have your cell formatted in Scientific. If you don't want that, then change cell format to General or Number and specificy number of decimals. Go to Format|Cells and select the Number tab. Then select the Number Category and enter the number of decimal places.
