Text color for formula

Hi - I purchased some software and it has an RTD formula that is always visible, even if I show/unshow formulas.

Any idea how to get rid of it? I have a hundred formulas on the sheets and none show, even if cells are empty; however, with this formula, unless there are data that the formula retrieves, it will show the RTD formula.

Of course, if I color the text white, it affects the data that the formula retrieves, and/or affects background colors.

I don't understand how it can be the only formula that shows - any RTD formula.

Thank you.
