Text criteria which results in value

Helppppppp.

I need a formula that search text criteria if = then sum all that matches that criteria.

No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.

Welcome to MrExcel - do you mean something like count all instances in a column of "ABC"?

=COUNTIF(A:A,"ABC")

If you want to sum one column based on another, then

=SUMIF(A:A,"ABC",B:B)

Where column A holds your Text, and if applicable column B holds vlues to sum.
