Text format to paragraphs

We have been putting together an app for users to fi d great clubs, bars, and restaurants in london (other cities later)

As part of the data entry the teams often have written descriptions as a long monologue. I want to break up the text into paragraphs.

As it will be read on mobike devices i thought if i could get a fix for this based on say looking for the next fillstop after say 20 words 40, words 60 words, 80, words and 100 words.

No description is more than 60 i think.

If text after any paragraph is less than 5 words then dont split it so say we have 45 words one would be 20 the other 25 not 20,20 and 5

Also i would like all text fully justiifed
