Hopefully this will be as easy as I think it should be for someone... for me, I am at a loss.

I have a column of numbers:
433.5672
26.136
4.12
0.5999
10.06

etc.

I need them to look like this in order to upload them to our system:
00000043357
00000002614
00000000412
00000000060
00000001006

In other words, rounded to the 2nd decimal place, 11 characters, right justified with leading zeroes.

My first step was to round them, thinking this would give me two places, and then I could just use Text to Columns with "." as the delimiter, then use "RIGHT("00000000"&...) etc. and add the leading zeroes I need.

But rounding the numbers doesn't give me the two decimals all the time, meaning:

433.57
26.14
4.12
0.6
10.06

Which means when I use Text to Columns, I get:
433 57
26 14
4 12
0 6 ** should be 60
10 6 ** should be 6... how can I differentiate six cents from sixty cents??

I hope this makes sense to someone as I am under pressure and possibly not explaining myself well. I believe I am looking for a function that differentiate the hundreths from the tenths place, but maybe someone else has something better to suggest.

Thanks,
Amanda

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
