Text to Speech Function (attended Chicago IIA session)

I am trying to enable the Text to Speech function in Excel. I installed in Word and it is now visible on my Tools dropdown box in Excel but when I select it, the Toolbar is grayed out and I can not select. I tried to highlight the column but I am still not able to select anything on the toolbar.

Could someone assist me in gettin the Text to Speech to work in Excel?
 

Excel Facts

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
