Time Calculation Question for Excel

A1 = 18:20:30
B1 = 130
C1 = ?

I have a start time (A1) and duration in seconds (B1) and need a formula for C1 to display the new time if B1 were added to A1. In this case, the end time would be 18:22:40.

Help, please.
