Hello All. Hopefully one of you other excel gurus can help me out. I currently use a keystroke macro tool AutoHotKey to do some data entry for me. Unfortuantely, I am one of those people with a job that includes two or more software programs that don't talk to each other but all need to have the same info. So, sales come out of one program and must be entered as inventory adjustments in another. The newest module of this system includes some products that must be time-stamped since pricing changes daily after close of business and product pick-ups are done 24 hours a day. They inventory system does not allow for entering the time easily. I have to enter the hour, click on the minute box or tab to it and then enter the minutes. (It uses a 24 hour clock.) The sales report spreadsheet showing what was picked up includes a time stamp column but I can't find a way to break it out into minutes and hours. I can't do text to columns using : as the delimiter. Nothing happens. Also, the time in the cell is actually 6:52:00 PM even though all I need 18:52. It's a huge spreadsheet and a huge amount of data entry currently going in as all midnight sales and I'm manually separating each day.

What I basically need is a way to turn 6:52:00 PM in a column into two columns, which would be 18 and 52. Please, help!
