Timer

Hi, I was trying to do something like.. if a value changes (S20) either by macro/formula/user entry, timer should start and should show each second till another entry is made in S20..

This will change the time stamp to show the exact time whenever an entry is made in cell D2 but i'm not sure how you can record the time between 2 entries

Actually I am looking for a timer which shows every sec between 2 entries.. similar to digital watch
