Today() volatile

=COUNTIFS(Nov!C:C,TODAY(),Nov!K:K,"<>")/$C$21

This was working for short time even with volatile error. Now now no answer Why?

Is there another way to test Today() in the formula?

I don't want your data at all. Create a small sample of fake data that is illustrative of your problem. That's all.
