Tool tip for items in your quick access toolbar and or the ribbon?

Hi Gang,

A simple question, can you make a tool tip for items in your quick access toolbar and or the ribbon?

If you can, please point me to a resource or if you have an example of the code, that will be even better, as I like to pull examples apart to see how they work. Tia đź‘Ť
