Top n% and Other

I'm trying to follow this article to summarize the Top N and Other items in a PowerPivot table,

Displaying Top N, Bottom N, and “All Others” - PowerPivotPro

However, I would like this to show the top 80% by value and other, rather than a static number (such as top 1,000 customers per the article).

Can anyone offer a suggestion as to how this might be accomplished?
