Hi Peter, This looks like it could work, however I'm not at the office right now, I will try this tomorrow, also it looks straight fwd enough to be able add or subtract "the selected names)
PS, The simple macro is to simplyto unhide 3 rows, whenever 1 of certain names are selected from a drop down list. But that's pretty simple and easy enough to do.
