The current screen tip looks like this:
Untitled.jpg

If I try to add a screen tip to the hyperlink, it deletes the link:
VBA Code:
Sheets("Year").Range(c(s)).Hyperlinks(1).ScreenTip = "Go to month."

Here is the hyperlink.
Excel Formula:
=HYPERLINK("[Forever Calendar.xls]"&CHOOSE(MONTH(NOW())-F3+1,"Jan","Feb","Mar","Apr","May","Jun","Jul","Aug","Sep","Oct","Nov","Dec")&"!B1",TEXT(NOW(),"   "&"dddd"&"          ")&TEXT(NOW(),"mmmm d, yyyy"))

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
