Trying to add a custom screen tip without VBA.

The current screen tip looks like this:

If I try to add a screen tip to the hyperlink, it deletes the link:
VBA Code:
Sheets("Year").Range(c(s)).Hyperlinks(1).ScreenTip = "Go to month."

Here is the hyperlink.
Excel Formula:
=HYPERLINK("[Forever Calendar.xls]"&CHOOSE(MONTH(NOW())-F3+1,"Jan","Feb","Mar","Apr","May","Jun","Jul","Aug","Sep","Oct","Nov","Dec")&"!B1",TEXT(NOW(),"   "&"dddd"&"          ")&TEXT(NOW(),"mmmm d, yyyy"))
