trying to create if statement where first the characters equals letter followed by two numbers

Hi

I am trying to create an if statement where the value is true if a field begins with D followed by two numbers - anyone have any suggestions?

=and(left(a1)="d",isnumber(mid(a1,2,2)+0))

 

[Creanstar]

=and(left(a1)="d",isnumber(mid(a1,2,2)+0))

Thanks that worked perfectly - however how can I change the value of True/False to Compliant/Non Compliant?
