Gurus,
Ive googled the ways to connect to teradata but none works so far.
1. Get Data -> From Database -> Teradata. Excel pops 'This connector .....to be installed before it can be used. I clicked 'learn more' and got redirected to Microsoft support. It says 'Before you can connect to a Teradata database, you need the .NET Data Provider for Teradata on your computer.' I downloaded it and installed it. Still nothing. Excel dos not allow me to go forward

2. another way suggests using 'From Microsoft Query'. Choose the Teradata DSN so on and so forth. I was not able to find the teradata DSN option.

What am I missing here? Thanks in advance!

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
