Need to be able to create new cells with the incremented file path name.
The data is what was pulled from an archived database and only shows the first image filename, Ex. \\UNCSHARE\HR\EMPLOYEE\CLAIM\1\1.png in A2
The next cell over B2 contains an object count Ex. 2, what I need to figure out is how to increment the png number based on the object count, probably -1 so it counts the original.
If the examples are true I need \\UNCSHARE\HR\EMPLOYEE\CLAIM\1\1.png and \\UNCSHARE\HR\EMPLOYEE\CLAIM\1\2.png, if the object count were 8 I need paths for pngs 1-8.

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
