Trying to print from Excel to special printer format

What I have above is a worksheet with a range of 36 numbers, Each number is selected based on its position
What I'm trying to acomplish is convert the selection above into checkboxes or square shapes as shown below
The blue box is the full table of 36 shapes, an example will be the black shapes on the right side which is picking up the first row from the table above with the numbers 1 3 10 22 and 32

Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
For those that ask for the spreadsheet, I have tried using the Xl2bb and the tab is disabled so I'm not able to use it
