Easy one for you.

I have an export which gives my days off by fraction.

Example: 7.5 = 7hrs and 30mins.
7.25 = 7hrs and 15mins.

Is there a formula which I can use to convert 7.5 into 07:30 ([HH]:MM)

Thanks,
Gary

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
You divide by 24.

The below will show you the way.

Lets say you have 7.5 in cell A2

In cell B2 you have "=A2/24" - this would give you an answer of 0.3125
In cell C2 you have "=B2" and you format the cell to give you a time (Home>Number>Time) - This will return 07:30:00
