Unable to overlap my bar chart series as the option is not there

I want to overlap the series in my barchart, but i am unable to find the option under format data series

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
Sort by date Sort by votes
Seems you are using 3d chart. Do not think they van overlap. Would become very difficult to read them btw.
Always use 2d is the advice charting experts would give.
